Are you curious?
As a CFO, aside from our Jedi-like spreadsheet abilities, we're often leaned on for our judgement and decision making. However, these skills alone are not going to enable your business to achieve its goals.
We must continue to develop and use our critical thinking, which we were first introduced to at school. And to do this we must be curious in our approach to decision-making.
